Nice to see you both on Thursday, a shame it was due to unhappy circumstances.

Steve said to me how pleased he was to see you both there and thanks you very much for attending. We went and picked him up at night to go for a few pints, I think he appreciated it and had a good nights sleep, something he hasn't had for quite a while.

As i said to you I'll mention your trip in the OG's magazine and we'll arrange a night there to see your pictures and hear your stories. Not about the trip but your whittling exploits. What's that all about?????????????

Guys check it out on You tube, all about the Hurtgen Battle , was made in 98 so pretty new, mentions the kall Trail & Schmidt, looks well worth a view
